How we do it
After the closing, not before
Equipment gets wrapped once it's been shut down and winterized. If Trident Pools is closing the pool, we schedule the wrap right behind them.
Shaped to each piece
A heater, a slide and a stack of lounge chairs all need different framing. Each piece is wrapped to its own shape so wind can't get under it.
Vented
Equipment pads trap moisture. Vents go in as standard so it isn't sitting against metal and electrical housings all winter.
What it costs
Every backyard has a different mix of equipment and furniture, so we price the whole poolside from photos. Send a few pictures of the pad, the slide or board and the furniture, and we'll come back with one number.

Every job is priced from your photos, and you get the number before anything is booked.
Before we arrive
Nothing complicated — we just want the day to go smoothly.
- We need clear, safe access to the item on the day — room to work around it and a way to get our gear to it.
- Items should be ready to wrap: covers and canvas off, loose items removed, and anything fragile taken inside.
- Pool equipment must be shut down, drained and winterized before we wrap it — we wrap after the closing, we don't do the closing.
- We don't wrap the pool itself. The pool's own winter cover is part of the closing.
- Moving heavy items, dismantling structures, disconnecting utilities, draining or winterizing, and specialized rigging are not included by default. We're happy to quote any of it as separate work — just mention it when you text.
Common questions
- Do you close the pool too?
- We don't — pool closings are Trident Pools' work, our sister company. Book the closing with them and the wrap with us, and we'll schedule it so the equipment is wrapped right after it's winterized.
- What is the close + wrap option?
- Trident Pools closes and winterizes the pool and equipment, then we wrap the heater, pad, slide, diving board and poolside furniture. Two companies, one family, one closing-season visit to plan around.
- Do I need to use Trident Pools to get my equipment wrapped?
- No. Whoever closes your pool, we can wrap the equipment and furniture once it's done. Just tell us when the closing is scheduled.
- Can you wrap a slide or diving board in place?
- Yes, in most cases. Send a photo of it and the area around it so we can see how we'll frame it.
