What we handle

  • Palletized goods and freight preparation
  • Equipment, machinery and plant
  • Commercial outdoor assets and fleet
  • Inventory and stock protection
  • Marina and dock equipment
  • Municipal and institutional equipment
  • Seasonal storage and protection projects

How we work with businesses

  • Quoted to scope, in writing
  • Certificate of insurance on request
  • Invoiced, not card-on-the-day
  • Scheduled around your operation
  • Repeat and seasonal arrangements welcome

How we do it

  • Scope first

We'd rather look at photos or walk the site than guess. For anything recurring or multi-unit, a short conversation up front saves everyone a round of revisions.

  • Specified to the job

Film grade, framing and ventilation are chosen for what's being protected and how long it needs to last, not applied from a single template.

  • Scheduled around you

We work to your window. If the yard needs to keep moving while we work, tell us and we'll plan around it.

What it costs

Commercial work varies too much to publish a rate honestly — volume, access, film spec and schedule all move the number. Send us the scope and we'll quote it properly, in writing.

Published figures are starting prices, not flat rates for every job. Size, number of pieces, access and how much framing the shape needs all move the final number — which is why we quote from photos before you commit to anything.

$199 minimum service visit. Most projects are priced above the minimum based on size, materials and access.

Before we arrive

Nothing complicated — we just want the day to go smoothly.

  • Tell us what needs protecting, where it is, and when you need it done — that's usually enough for us to come back with a number.
  • We can provide a certificate of insurance on request. Ask early if your site requires one before we can be scheduled.
  • Some work is outside what we take on: regulated abatement containment, hazardous materials, and anything needing specialist site control. If your project touches those, tell us early and we'll be straight with you about it.
  • Moving heavy equipment, dismantling structures, disconnecting utilities, draining or winterizing, and specialized rigging are not included by default. We're happy to quote any of it as separate work — just mention it when you text.

Common questions

Do you publish commercial pricing?
No, and we'd be guessing if we did. Volume, access, film spec and schedule all change the number. Send the scope and you'll have a real quote quickly.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes, on request. Mention it when you first get in touch so it's in place before we're due on site.
Do you take on recurring or seasonal contracts?
Yes. Seasonal and repeat arrangements are straightforward to set up — it helps us plan the calendar and it usually works out better for you on price.
We only have one machine. Is this the right page?
Probably not — our equipment and machinery service covers one-off items and is quicker to price. This page is for volume, sites, recurring work, or where you need a COI and an invoice.
